Some ideas (you can mix them up or do all of these):
1) Ask every kid and teacher in your school, "Can I have a dollar?" Don't say, "Can I borrow.." because you will have to give it back, unless you want to. That way, if someone ask you, "When you going to give my dollar back?" you can say, "Well, I didn't ask you if I can borrow it, I ask you if I can have it." One out of 4 may give you a dollar. So if you have 1000 kids in the school, you may end up with $250 by the end of the day or week.
2) Have a garage sale. You might have lots of useless stuff sitting in your home (and its a good way to make room in the house).
3) Maybe you have a savings account that your parents can help you withdraw money from..
4) Offer to clean someone's yard for $30 (or whatever price you wish. Don't make it too expensive).
5) Offer to walk someone's dog for $10.
6) Go to a street where's there is lots of people walking around and ask people for a dollar.

Learn how to weave a rose out of palm fronds (its easy) and sell them for $2 each or 3 roses for $5 to people walking downtown. After you learn how, they take about 2 minutes each to make and all you would have to make is 100 roses to make $200... Fish on poles are easier but they only sell for $1 each.
Or you could run around the neighborhood knocking on people's doors who have dirty cars and ask them if they want a car wash for $10.... after 20 cars, you got $200
Or you can ask dad if you can use the lawn mower, or snow shovel and go mow lawns or shovel snow for the money... I don't know where you live so I don't know if any of these ideas will work. I live in Florida and all these ideas would work for me.

Mowing grass.
Weeding flowerbeds.
Raking leaves.
Babysitting.
In other words, do some chores for your relatives or for your neighbors. In our neighborhood, the going rate for a teenager to mow your lawn is about $25. That's only 8 lawns to get your $200 -- one or two day's work.

Hmm.. if you have stuff you don't want or need you could sell it on eBay. Of course you would need your dad's permission and help. You could get a paper route but that might even take too much time. You could sell popsicles door to door (depending on how safe you feel your neighborhood is). You could have a garage sale. You could babysit kids, you could put on a play and charge admission. Well, I don't know if any of that helps, but good luck!

Have your dad help you set up a Ebay seller account.
Then learn how to sell stuff on there.
Then sell anything that you think someone will buy.
Either new or like new in excellent condition.
It can be shoes, clothes, movies, games, etc.
It's fun too :-)

Girl, I think all women KNOW how to get fast money, but if you are not into that (as well you shouldnt be cuz you are 13, and even if you were older it is still wrong) then check your local newspaper for ads that offer good money. You never know, you might find just what you are looking for.

Yard work, babysitting. Nothing is a quick fix. Even parents have to work 40 hours a week first, before they get their paycheck.

Babysit. Take a CPR class to make yourself more "marketable". Spring cleaning yard work is also profitable.
