Yes, very anal about that, and will not borrow for long.

The only things I've borrowed have been books, I always give them back. I lent a book to a friend, & after a couple of years, I wanted to read it again. She never seemed able to find it! I finally saw it--some place--in her house, & when I got it home, I think I understood her reluctance to return it. She had written shopping lists, phone numbers & recipes all over the margins. I thought that was kind of cute! Oh yes, I forgot. We "borrow" back & forth funky jewelry & some clothes. It's gotten to the point we forget to whom they originally belonged.

All the time, cause I really hate it when people borrow stuff from me and don't return it. Sometimes, I even try not to ask from them so they won't ask from me.

Of course and it makes me so angry when others borrow things from me and never return the items.

Yes. Except for one book I borrowed, and then she suddenly moved and I had no clue how to return it. So I sold it.

Libray books, videos, but try not to borrow, figure I should buy myself before stressing out my friends. Cause I probably wouldn't return. Which reminds me I have a book to return to a friend. Hope I can find it.

yup. OK, I'm lying. My best friend let me borrow a CD like two years ago AND I just listened to it the other day. Should I buy her a new one?

I borrowed a heart once and I'm not going to give it back.

I don't borrow! Too complicated! However, I do lend? That's odd? I've just been given an epiphany!
