Pee on them. Seriously. I am very ticklish, I peed, on accident, on my boyfriend when he would stop tickling me. That was all it took.
Good luck.

I probably have it as bad as you do, so I can identify. My wife tickle tortures me daily...every night. For the most part I can take it and sometimes can be fun with my wife. When her daughter stands behind my chair and tickle tortures me while her mom just sits and watches in amusement, that's when I begin to think differently. Even when I say enough, I still get tortured. It takes making a few stern faces at my wife to have her talk sense into her offspring.
My wife comforts me by saying that it is how they show they love me. I am just happy the torture is over. It's fun, but after a while of being on the receiving end, it can truly be torture.

You need to sit them all down and tell them that what they are doing is NOT funny to you at all. Tell them it is cruel and torture for you and if it doesn't stop you will have to do something drastic. It would be good if you could decide on what course of action you plan to take and give them fair warning. You should also put this in writing, and give them all copies, so they can't say they didn't think you were serious.
That drastic action can be a number of things...
Report them to child protective services.
Discuss it with a school counselor, explaining how horrible it makes you feel to have them assault you in this way.
Discuss it with the police, who might warn them how seriously you are taking this form of control.
Or, without involving other people, you could be destructive. If every time they attacked you, you destroyed something they valued, I bet they'd stop pretty fast.
Or, since they don't view physical assault as a problem, start hitting. The second they let up, start hitting and kicking them as hard as you can. I would hope they'd only get that reaction once before realizing how serious you are about them growing up and laying off the tickling.

If you are not enjoying it, let them know that they are going too far and you feel as though they are disrespecting you. If you enjoy it in small doses, let them know what is acceptable and what is not. If they don't listen to you, tell them that you don't ever want them to tickle you again because, obviously, they do not respect you, your feelings or your limits. Most people do not like to be told that they lack respect and they will probably stop for you after that.
Personally, I love to engage in long playful tickling encounters with ticklish people as long as there is trust, respect and a desire to keep it fun for both parties!
Good luck to you!
