either 7900 is more powerful than a 1600 or 1650 unless you are using crossfire. and 256mb of ddr3 is better than 512 ddr2, there a big difference in the speed so the extra ddr2 doesn't really help.

First off, anyone who said simply, one has more memory it is better, knows nothing about graphics cards and should not even be answering questions on them. Amount of memory is around fifth on the list of importance in features. The two 7900 models are the best, and they are pretty much equal to each other, so go with whichever is cheaper.

Now There is another option as well, the Radeon X1950 Pro is around the $139 US mark (the price of some of those others). In the above chart, you can see the x1950 pro stomps them all.

Nvidia all the way for me !!
Go with either one of the DDR3 from Nvidia why not go for the 7950 GT it's a bit more expensive but not that much and it's SLI ready too
