The dream goes likes this; We're lying on the bed waking up I lift the covers and both arms are gone so are the legs, at this point I notice that he doesn't care and acts like it was any other day....??? Then I remember looking at his shoulder's and abdomen, and thinking,"How the hell are we gonnna have sex now?".. Then I wakeup from the dream, confused....

What is this supposed to mean?

It means you had a bad dream. Get over it. Dreams don't mean anything, they're just a random firing of neurons in your brain.

I have a dream book and I looked it up, when you dream of a person loosing parts of the body and being dismembered it means that you have lack of balance between the conscious personality and the natural drives.Loss of arms means loss of the ability to love, give ,take, create, defend, reach out.Loss of legs means that you have a loss of the support, motivation ,the emotional and physical strength you use to get about in life, The legs represent your support system. It does not sound good. I wish you luck.

I think it means that you see him as impotent in some area. There is something going on where you expected more of him, but he didn't stand up. The missing limbs indicate his inability or unwillingness to act. The fact that he didn't care tells me you think it was (is) unwillingness.

Sex in dreams usually has to do with power, but in this case, when you worried "How are we gonna have sex?" I believe it referred to something really important to you.

For instance, if your husband was supposed to ask for a raise, but didn't, you may be thinking "How are we going to pay our mortgage now?" (Just a 'for instance') :)

Good luck! :)

dreaming that you're husband is paralyzed may mean he is feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspect or circumstances of his waking life. He may feel unable to deal with a situation or that he can't do or change anything. Alternatively, he may feel emotionally paralyzed. He may have difficulties in expressing himself.
