open msn messenger, click on Tools - Options - Privacy. At the right you see the block list & the lest Allow list, remove all those from the block list & add them to the allow click on OK. You are done.

i dont think u can actually.they are always stored on your msn ...if u go on your msn go into tools,privacy...then u will see alll the contacts u have ever added

the same way you blocked them, take them off the list of blocked mail and they will come through to you

add the person again the right click and unblock
