1. u probably need to use the rational root theorem...sry i dont feel like doing it now...maybe later

2. its called Factor By Grouping
4ax + 5bx - 12ay - 15by
x(4a + 5b) - 3y(4a + 5b)
(x-3y)(4a + 5b)

we can pull out a 6x^2y from the first polynomial and we get:

6x^2 y (3xy^6 + 4y^8 - 5x^2)
that's all we can do with that one...
the next one we can factor by grouping (4 terms)

(4ax + 5bx) - (12ay + 15by) =
x(4a + 5b) - 3y(4a + 5b) =
(4a + 5b)(x - 3y)

18x^3y^7 + 24x^2y^9 - 30x^4y
=6 y x^2 (3x y^6+4y^8-5x^2)

4ax + 5bx - 12ay - 15by
=x(4a+5b)-3y(4a+5b)
=(4a+5b)(x-3y)

Question 1
18.x³.y^(7) + 24.x².y^(9) - 30.x^(4).y
6.x².y.[ 3.x.y^(6) + 4.y^(8) - 5.x² ]

Question 2
(4a + 5b).x - (4a + 5b).3y
( 4a + 5b ).( x - 3y)

(x^2)y(18xy^6 + 24y^8 - 30x^2) = 6(x^2)y(3xy^6+4y^8-5x^2)

x(4a+5b) - 3y(4a+5b) = (4a+5b)(x-3y)

1. 6x^2y(3xy^6+4y^8-5x^2)

2. x(4a+5b) -3y(4a+5b)= (x-3) (4a+5b)
