This is for a service oriented business - we would like to be able to bill the customer at the time of service & give them a receipt right away. I have had Sears come and do maintenance repair work on our appliances and they use a laptop with a portable printer. This would save us a lot of time!

I don't know much about computers, but my laptop is a Sony Vaio, expect to pay around $900 but well worth it. 1GB is not much memory, don't expect to save much, expeically videos, photos, music etc. If your only using it soley for school/work and just saving papers, it sounds like a good deal, even then though, you might need more space. I would suggest to pay a bit more, for a better computer, i've heard from many friends and family that Acer computers are junk, and to never buy one. Look up and read they're reveiws, there not that good... good luck!

You can go to Best buy, Circuit city, Fry's electronics and pick out a printer that will fit in the globe compartment.
