You could try hacking a banks computer or kidnapping Bill Gates' computer. Otherwise, advertising on your own website would be a good place to start maybe with adsense to start with and later other agencies like Commission Junction. If you want to learn how to do a website start one on GooglePages or Yahoo Geocities. I prefer Googlepages they allow you 100Mb of space and you can put adsense on and make money and the space is free. They also allow you to do 5 websites at 100Mb each. You can also use Google gadgets and then just be creative. No special software is needed - you do it all online. The fastest way is simply to find the demand and fill it with a good product.
Although a straight and simple answer, but not many can do it because they do not know how.
There're 3 general steps to follow:
1. Keyword research
2. Find a good product
3. Market and drive traffic to website.
If you're starting out, I would propose doing affiliate marketing (selling other people's product) instead of wasting time developing your own. Not only does it save you the time and risk, it allows you to make money earlier and stay motivated.

No .Money will not come without hard work.The websites claiming such schemes will ask you for a small(it may be actually big) joining fee to be remitted.Thereafter they vanish.
Perhaps some BPOS engaged in Medical Transcription May help you.But it requires some training.MT you can attempt.
