i find following terminology written in online case look up of a civil diovrce case in usa court.--"EOW FOR C/S - SGND'
can somebody tell me what is the meaning of these words?

You may have the letters in EOW transposed. The C/S probably stands for child support and EOW might be EWO or Earnings Withholding Order. The entry probably means that the judge signed and order garnishing the wages of one spouse to pay for child support.

It might help to what context this was used. It obviously has something to do with something being signed. Did you get a subpoena? It could be Evidence of Witness Court/Subpoena signed.
