I would like to plant my lilie outside.How do I do that and once they die do they come back.

Dig a hole in a sunny location, gently take plant out of its pot. Put a little water in the bottom of the hole, maybe 1 cup. Put the plant into the hole and pack soil tightly around it. If it is tall, and has lots of flowers, you may have to stake it to keep it from falling over.

Plant it in the ground do not cut off the green leaves.

Nothing more to add to the above instruction other than remove the pot when transplanting (some people don't) and wait until all danger of frost is past.
