The second answer is a good one. I'd also recommend doing exercises to strengthen your rotator cuff, since it's very susceptible to injury with lots of throwing, and there are very few exercises designed for that part of the shoulder.

From a sitting position, place your arm straight out on your leg and do sets of curls inward and outward. It'll burn like heck, but it's worth it. Speaking from experience, I can tell you that you don't want to deal with a rotator cuff injury, unless you're a big fan of rehab.

you incredibly merely might desire to be in shape, like waiting to sprint quickly without being completely winded, yet its additionally good to have some mass. once you're on offense, if youre way skinny you arent getting any power shift into the ball. Ever ask your self how bustos hits that properly?! reason shes huge! Im no longer asserting you may desire to be extensive like that haha, yet definatly properly geared up muscle groups. And for pitching, paintings your hands, abs, and thighs. Very key. good good fortune! i like softball haha

there are alot of weight machines that simulate a throwing motion i find those have helped me alot. as well as come curls i ususally um squeeze a racquet ball throught the day it builds up like everything around your wrist and helps with that extra snap at the end of your throw.

and of course dont forget to strech before and afterwards!

Also be sure and stretch with your lifting. Stretching and lifting is key in making your arm stronger, not just lifting alone.
