In my estimation there exactly 0 religions that are any more believable than the other. They are all nonsensical and should be wiped from the planet. Strong views for a weak topic.

No gera but i have heard of the saying "If I found out tomorrow that the my religion, the thing I based my whole life around, was found to be untrue in all aspects, then my life would crumble and I would be so hurt that I had been tricked that I wouldn't see the point in carrying on." On the other side "It if was proved to me tomorrow that there was one true religion I would not be losing out on anything because for a start I didn't believe in anything so believed nothing was coming my way and also I hear Christians always bleating on about how forgiving God is so it wouldn't matter either way."

Sadly, about 80% of the world believe they have found the "one true religion"...

I'm trying to remember the last entirely secular war....?

Religion is a highly personal choice. Just as it is your right to choose no religion, others have a right to choose what they believe in.
That's fine if you think they're nonsensical and should be wiped from the planet, but that is YOUR opinion, and it is only an opinion.
You think it's "foolish", others will think your opinion is foolish. To each his own.

Well, like it or not, most of the planet adheres to some form of religion. Perhaps it's just human nature to want to believe in something that offers to explain the meaning of life and the universe. I'm not much for blind faith myself, but I can understand why someone would be.

I am sorry you feel this way. In the US, however, we have freedom of religion. And you also are free to not choose one.

I am. Ever hear this old christian saying, 'If you are right and I am wrong, I loose nothing. If you are wrong and I am right I gain everything.'
