Well its April 16 and today is Holocost Remebrance Day. The day to remember the 6,000,000 Jews who perished at the hands of a mad man Hitler. I will be re lighting my candle tonight in the window in honor of the Jews. I had it lite last night becasue last night was the anniversary of the Titanic disaster and I was honoring the 1500 who died aboard it. I am amazed at how few remembered yesterday was the Titanic anniversary and I bet few remember today as Holocost Remebrance Today. Just shows how few people care today. But I remeber and honor both.

This is very admirable of you to bring up this subject of remembering the dead. Yes, today in Israel, actually since yesterday evening TV radio and the public are remembering the holocaust and the millions of dead, men, women and children. Maybe the event of the holocaust shadows the Titanic. I just want to remind you that many more were killed in Africa in wars and starvation. Many were killed in former Yugoslavia, so 1500 who died on the Titanic seems, unfortunately like a drop in the sea. Still you have done a real good deed by bringing up those two sad days in the Yahoo forum.

Like the others said.

Many more died, believe it or not.
The dead were not the only victims.
If you were not perfect in Hitler's eyes, you died. Compare it to 'V For Vendetta', both the book and the movie. They make amazing comparisons.
