I wasn't able to get the picture but I have seen maneltoes, usually on guys who wear their pants waaaay too tight. A little something on the left, a little something on the right.

yeah, that is funny.. in the summer time when you have your swimming shorts on, just grab them from the waist(around your belly button and pull them way up.. you're sure to get a million looks! its pretty embarrassing at the same time though lol
