I'd have to say the final exchange between Osgood Fielding and Jack Lemmon's character in "Some Like It Hot" where Jack's just finished explaining that Osgood can't marry him and blurts out "Because I'm a guy."
Then, with a slight smile on his face, Osgood says "Well, nobody's perfect."
