i need to know what type of business people in this area need the most

There are too many businesses. It's crowded, if you haven't noticed.
Maybe a new upscale music store would be a good idea, especially downtown, a top of the line downtown music store closed years ago.
Another popular music store also closed some years ago. It was across from Sears by Fiesta.

An affordable Montessori school would be nice. There is either ghetto daycare or overpriced private schools.There is nothing in that part of town for the average person who wants their children to be well cared for.

NONE. We have enough. Try another area of Houston. Go to some of the more destitute areas and help them.
