It is a tough call: Could be either John Conyers, Charles Shumer, or Charles Rangel.
Of your list, Barbara Boxer (the "Obstructionist") wins as most annoying.

TED KENNEDY, bar none!
He is the most duplicitous, lying, womanizing, hypocrite in Congress.
Funny how the N.O.W. gang lauds him.
It is because Teddy the lush supports their (and the main-stream media's) Marxist agenda that he isn't the most derided politician in America.
But the others listed diserve high billing.

It's amazing that they're all Democrats.
I'd say none are really annoying, but I don't listen to their speeches on the floor of the House and Senate. Perhaps you should lay off the CSpan. There's such a thing as getting too much of a good thing.

We got rid of most of the annoying ones in the last election. But my vote would be old, old Senator Byrd.

Ted Kennedy. If I committed murder I would be typing this from my jail cell but he gets to be a US Senator. Go figure.
