he should get a ticket,if he is such a advocate for seat belt safety why wasn't he wearing one,its another fine example of the kind of hypocrites we have in government

He already has as far as I know. Not only was he not wearing his seatbelt, but I understand that he turned off his airbags, too. It's not like it would mess his hair or anything! I don't think he should have those flashing lights on his car, either. He should move with traffic like everybody else. That's what made the red pick-up move to the side that cause the accident in the first place. He should be made an example of on many levels. He was speeding to look like a hero in that Imus thing and he didn't even need to be there. Was it worth all this?

It does work this way! He wasn't "pulled over" for not wearing his seatbelt! They discovered it AFTER an accident! Now who doesn't know what he's talking about?

Yeah, but only if it is based on the size of his bank account, otherwise a few hunderd dollars would never show up on his radar screen.

Maybe a $500,000 speeding ticket would be good for people that have $400+ million.

If an average nobody citizen like me would get one in that case then yes, but if not then no.

They shouldn't get dumped on 'cause people know their names, but shouldn't be above the law, either.

absolutely...he broke the law and he isn't any higher than the rest of us...so he should definitely get a ticket

Yes! He is a citizen of the USA just like all of us! If we can get fined, he should be too.
