nobody cares! its prince william and kate. its like, not important at all. people split up all the time. just because some royals do, doesnt mean its front page scandal news story. the royals are like any other family, except more important. i dont see why it should make front page news.

The newspapers is differnt to tv as they want to ensure people make the decision to buy it everyday--hence the tacky stories and sensationalised crap. I personally find it a bit interesting and for however useless the royals are, its good to know what they are up to, I think im just nosy tho!

I agree that they've made too much of it, but the reason they think it's so important is because whoever he ends up with will be Queen one day, so I can understand both points of view really.
