The next promise they"ll break will be the war funding bill. This is so they can say the bush dictatorship prevented the will of the people...NEWS FLASH......People voted for a change in course, not a retreat.Once again the truth has been spun by the lib media. What's happening now is political theatre.Just like repealing the patriot act, repealing the tax cuts that generated job growth, getting carl rove, and so on.....Democrats spend so much time attacking the executive branck the house and senate have stalled....

Lets be fair now. You have to understand what Pelosi's definition of "promise" means. She believes promise means:
to say whatever will sound good to the audience before you, even if you really don't know what the hell your talking about. And if you say them loudly, wish upon a star and click your heels together three times with your eyes shut very tight they may even come true. I'm not sure she remembers what she promised to do with the exception of hate Bush... oppose everything. Nice platform.

You must have spent too much time straddling that V2 last night.
Has any campaign promise ever been kept by anyone. Sure Bush promised to bring the Army home from the Mideast when he was debating with the Goracle in St Louis. But that was as weak as the Blues promising to Impeach Bush.

I'm not aware of any. They've at least attempted to do everything they promised they'd attempt to do.
Why didn't Bush unite this country like HE promised he would?

I'm not sure they made any campaign promises except to work against all Bush stands for and to foster as much hate towards conservative policies and beliefs as they could.

Actually she's managed to keep her promises thus far. If there's any that she's broken, then list them...or are you afraid of being exposed as a liar?

lol. They've been in the majority for 4 months and they've accomplished most of their 100 day plan. Your side says Bush needs more time after 4 YEARS in Iraq. To accomplish what? He still doesn't even HAVE a plan. And, you forget the Bush election promise of no nation-building!
