I'm going to have to go with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. It's hard to bet against them to not lose 100 games. Its hard to understand sometimes because they have talented position players and average pitching. That should get them to at least 65-70 wins, but it never happens. I would have said the Kansas City Royals, but they made serious efforts to become a real MLB team this offseason.

The Nationals have to be the obvious choice.
Their pitching "ace" is John Patterson, who has only one good season (2005, with a 3.13 ERA) in his career, and who is coming back from an injury. After that, it's the unproven Shawn Hill, Jerome Williams, Matt Chico and Jason Bergmann. The no-names at the bottom of the staff might not be horrible, but they're not good enough to keep Washington from losing 100 games. The Nats are currently 27th in team ERA, and I don't see that improving.
They've got some decent bats, but not enough to carry the team. Dmitri Young is off to a hot start, but I'm still not sold on him given his last couple of poor seasons, and Austin Kearns need to show more power. They do have some impressive offensive talent, with guys like Church and Zimmerman, but I'm not sure how consistently they'll be able to put up big numbers.
Pitching wins most of the time in baseball, and it's something the Nats lack. I would be surprised to see them avoid a 100-loss season. The Royals and Rays aren't great, but both are improved enough that they shouldn't be competing with Washington for the worst record.

Nationals if the Cubs don't continue to Suck, and the Royals Devil Rays at least Beat Minnesota something the Royals can't do.
I say Once again its Kansas City in AL because of them Being Inconsistant, and the CUBS because Nobody can fix this Team Even Lou Pinella, Nationals will win More Games Then the Cubs Despite the Nats Problem Once of them doesn't include a New Ballpark open Next Season One Bright Spot of them.

It'll be a tossup between the Washingotn Nationals, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Kansas City Royals, and quite possibly the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Nationals.... They have no star players and the only recognizable pitchers are John Patterson and Chad Cordero. Ryan Zimmerman is good but he cant carry a team. It's not getting better because their farm system is a mess too

This one's easy the Washington Nationals. Their lineup isn't horrible (Zimmerman, Lopez, Kearns), but the pitching is. Outside of John Patterson their rotation is horrible and the bullpen will have a lot of trouble getting the ball to Chad Cordero if they ever have a lead to protect. I wouldn't be suprised if they lose 110+ due to the lack of talent and playing in a very competitive NL East this year.

I would say that the negative name calling fans will be the ones that suck in baseball this season. I'm sick of them making fun of and accusing Barry Bonds regarding steroids when it is definite he never took them. No positive tests showing steroids in his bloodstream. Only growth hormone and amphetamines.
Let's grow up and accuse/make fun of the real disgraces in baseball and not innocent people.

The Nationals will be the worst.Their starting pitching is noting, they combined for a total of 5 games won last year with the leader winning 2 games. You can't be any good with that.
