I would give some to charity, save some, and spend some if I had any left over.

I would save the money towards my college tuition since college tuition costs so freaking much these days

I'd put half of it towards some extra P&I on my mortgage, and I'd put the rest towards my new kitchen countertops I so desparately want! :)
