Yes I do, I am an alcoholic and i quit drinking for 7 years col turkey on my own and then one day I decided to have 1 beer and I did it, now there are beers and alcohol in my house and I am not even tempted to drink it. I also did the same with cigarettes, although when I get stressed i do have 1 or 2 but that is it and then no more people think I am quite strange but I think I am quite fortunate to be able to accomplish those things.

Yes I started smoking really bad and I decided was going to quit and everyone around me said you can't quit and I did it just quit cold turkey no patches, pills or nothing I just quit and I can do that when I want to diet I just diet and lose the weight. I think the willpower runs in our family.

I do if it just involves me. For example I decided to quit smoking and just did it, without any assistance or trouble. But when it comes to saying no to certain people, I can't.
