Both, the old me helped me get to the new me. I like myself no matter what. =)

the new me. I used to be depressed, so much that it was making me physically ill. therapists tried to help, but nothing could get through. it was like I was on auto pilot. it was like there were barriers around my consciousness. my doctor prescribed pills, they worked, for about a week or two, then I just went right back to fight or flight. eventually, I had to isolate myself to try to heal. during these years my barriers were permanently let down. one day it was like my eyes had opened for the first time, I could think so clearly, I just felt freed.
until recently, my life has been pretty grim, it was this year 2007 that I felt joy for the first time. I kid you not, I had never known joy. things are going great now, I am content.

well i like the new me because I ve become a bit serious in my life.And now i am trying to control my temper and also being stubborn. I ve changed because i m in love with my boy friend - snoop . And i ve no regrets that i ve changed my self " The New Me"
And i have started taking interest in my studies and my i ve also become very concious in what i do and where i go . Before i never cared about what boys used to say back of me . But when my Boy friend - the man of my life came i ve realised that life is very beautiful and now i care about me and him in the society and i dont want any one to talk or spoil my name, because it really hurts . And my boy friend trusts me lots and i dont wanna break his trust . So i dont talk to guys much , i try to avoid that also .

Neat question.
Tough for me to answer.
I am content with my life.
I get up each morning grateful for another day to bring joy to the life of another in one way or another. Be it compliment or deed. These things make me happier then I can tell you.
I can only say, I look forward to more of the same tomorrow. I guess I am liking me more every day~~~~Jill
