I need to export tangerines from Mexico to Russia

A 20ft container is generally 8'width X8'height X20'long. Therefore, two 42" wide containers could easily sit side by side. Since the length is 20ft = 240in. Take 240/42 = 5.7 containers. Therefore, 5 containers could fit down the length with a total of about 30in space (total) between them. This would allow 10 pallets stacked (two rows of 5) in a 20ft container.. You did not mention the height of your pallets. If the containers are crated and can take the weight of another container on top of it. AND if they are 42in in height as well, you could stack them and double your load (42"+42"=84"height and you've got about 96" in a container).
