To the militant muslims yes. They do what all people who think with their emotions do - react in anger and bigotry to a perceived threat. Our neoclowns are a fantastic example.

Yes it is. They hate anyone that is NOT in their religion. And the USA does NOT show Christian values, most lost their faith, and Bush is a liar. He hid behind the Bible to create a horrible war. All the Christian values are buried now through the ACLU, and other Christian haters.Wait til they get beheaded by Islam, they will be sorry. The main Christian values were taught by Christ which are sadly not really taught in the church anymore.......like giving to the poor, selling all you have giving to the poor, and spreading the gospel. The praying for your enemies, and calling EVIL < EVIL as it is described in the Bible does NOT happen, this is one of todays most IMPORTANT factors. Islam does indeed incite hatred and Evil, and instead we have people calling it a moderate religion of peace...that is a LIE. It is evil and wants to take over the world.

No.

The threat of Islam was recognized by Churchill in the 40's. The catholic church has spent tremendous amounts of wealth, time and lives fighting against islam for centuries.

The conflict between judeo/christian beliefs and islam existed prior to christianity and go back into the dim recesses of history of both the arabs and the jews.

This isn't new, it isn't novel and it isn't going to go away.

While you can say that the majority of muslims don't believe in the terroristic tactics of the islamic fascist, at the same time they don't police and control them either and if they should win, the rest of the islamic world will go right along with the fascist in setting up islamic law for everyone, regardless of religious beliefs.

There have been atrocities on both sides of this religious war that go back thousands of years.

Where it began and who's fault it is is also lost to antiquity.

Be careful trying to assign "fault" to christians at this late date.

Perhaps your view is that regardless of the evidence of the hate and violence caused by islamic fascist, and the looking away of most of the rest of islam is somehow the fault of America or American Christians?

If true, that tells more about you than it provides insight into the current round of violence between islam and "christianity".

Unfortunately almost none of the 'values' being demonstrated by this administration are even remotely 'christian'.

This gang of dumbazzes has been responsible for setting back us/middle east relations decades at least.

We'd have to accept the statement that there is an increase in Islam, which just isn't true.

Islamic fundamentalists are no different than Christian fundamentalists, (or any group of emotional fanatics), who reflect intolerance based on their ego's perceptions. Any of these groups are merely religious thugs that will create any division to further their own agendas.

no, it's a direct reaction to people needing some myth to explain the world to them and not understanding and relying on science and reason.
