if the revenue force a company to close down, is the director allowed to start another company and start trading again or are there any restrictions?

please include the source of information in the answer i.e legislation e.t.c

if a director is the responsible officer of a company then, obviously, he is responsible for the legal entity(the company)!!!

If the director in question is not directly responsible for the direct closure of the company, there is no reason why that director can't be director of another company and direct it as a responsible director of that company!
