Most PCI cards are plug and play with Ubuntu, I personally have a Linksys & a Belkin card connecting my 2 remote desktops pc's to a Trendnet router, both were auto detected by Ubuntu Edgy.

This a hard call to make. I not know about your card specifically, but, many work, some need a little tweaking and sadly, some may not work.
I usually go to the Ubuntu forum;
http://ubuntuforums.org/
Make you an Account (Remember your Password) and you can ask questions and get a lot of help.
What I do is in the Account you can add "All" the information for your computer. Then whenever you post a question that info is already there for people to see at the bottom of you post and you not always having to retype.
My Belkin Wireless on my Laptop will work with Ubuntu.
