Probably "mama" or its variations. It is the one word common to just about every language as it is usually the first sound made by a baby no matter what the language is.

It has to be "A". It's both the first letter someone had to think and a word. And of God said "Let there be light" than he or she had to think of the alphabet in order to say that... Unless it was in another language!

Assuming you mean the first word ever said...
The first word ever was "Let".
Gen. 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
