Ummm, I was born a redhead, and I don't find much of ANYTHING that looks good with it. Depending on your skin color, try an apricot, and of course, green is very much a spring color, and is the tradition for redheads.

turquoise~! pale pastels in rainbow sherbet colors-lime green, lots of the blues, even into the purple range. don't just look at the colors inside the stores-check in natural daylight to get the true effect.

Greens and browns... avoid pastels at all costs... when I'm wearing my natural hair colour (reddish brown) they either make me look VERY pink or wash me right out.

yellow looks real good with red heads i think..and blue colors..and black and red go good together anytime..and those polka dot dresses would look cute to..lol..hope i helped
