It does not surprise me in the least. Fox is not a bona fide news organization, they are a propaganda arm of the republican party. At the time when the war in Iraq is viewed by most well informed people in the world as the greatest blunder of any president of the USA in over 100 years, Fox was and is still promoting the lies of the administration regarding Iraq and creating smoke screens like the magnification of the United Nations problems.

Really? How did they earn such a title? They announce after their butchered portrayal of the news..."We report...you decide." Hah!!!

They have already enlightened the rest of us on their opinion of the particular topic at hand. Or so they think. If it wasn't for the Fox News Agency, poor illiterate American people would be unfortunate and floundering.

It is real obvious where they stand on issues of Iraqi War, GW, the Republicans,....

During the campaign, a study showed that during the last month more campaign ads (86% to be exact) focused on the positives of the Democrats and the negatives of Republicans. Now that is biased and unfair. The secular media decided the outcome of the 2006 election, and not the American people.

Call it another Fox News fail. People who are not exposed to any news know more about domestic and international affairs than those who get their information from Fox News, according to a phone poll conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University. In general, cable news viewers, including those who watched MSNBC and CNN, could correctly answer fewer questions about domestic and international events than those who got their news elsewhere—including Comedy Central. Overall, the survey found that Fox was the least informative news outlet, while NPR and Sunday morning political talk shows were the most. Poynter: NPR and Sunday morning political talk shows are the most informative news outlets, while exposure to partisan sources, such as Fox News and MSNBC, has a negative impact on people’s current events knowledge People who watch MSNBC and CNN exclusively can answer more questions about domestic events than people who watch no news at all. People who only watch Fox did much worse. NPR listeners answered more questions correctly than people in any other category. The survey of 1185 random people conducted by landline and cell phone in early February follows a similar poll FDU conducted last November, which surveyed only New Jersey residents and returned similar results. Read more According to the survey: “Media sources have a significant impact on the number of questions that people were able to answer correctly. The largest effect is that of Fox News: all else being equal, someone who watched only Fox News would be expected to answer just 1.04 domestic questions correctly—a figure which is significantly worse than if they had reported watching no media at all. On the other hand, if they listened only to NPR, they would be expected to answer 1.51 questions correctly; viewers of Sunday morning talk shows fare similarly well. And people watching only ‘The Daily Show’ with Jon Stewart could answer about 1.42 questions correctly.” So there you have it. Yet another survey showing Stewart’s viewers are more informed than those who watch Fox News.

I’m not surprised that viewers of the Daily Show and Colbert Report were most knowledgeable and viewers of Fox News among the least knowledgeable. I am, however, actually shocked at the low level of knowledge displayed by so many of the respondents. The fact that the knowledge level regarding national affairs seems to be declining is very disturbing.

I wouldn't give a dime for the news reporting at FOX, stick to making the Simpsons, House and American Idol, I don't take FOX News seriously and don't understand people who do.

Since I stared watching Jon Stewart in 1999, and I became more interested in national and foreign affairs. In order to understand the humor you have to be on top of the news. I read newspapers, the Huffington Report, watch network news to keep on current affairs.

Fox news is not news. It is commentary.

At least the Daily Show and The Colbert Report do not try to act like they are real news. Well they do but everybody knows it is satire.
