Whenever it shows I have unread mail...or if I just asked a question I'll check more often...
I'm trying to get out of the habit of always checking my mail!

More often now than before. There is a small brigade that questions my weight loss and I recently had word from one of my heroes here at P&S. Made me tingly.

Once a week to delete it and see if I have any violations! I don't get anything but stuff from Yahoo. I check my other e-mail every day.

Im on messenger so the emails i will just come up. When im not on messenger i won't notice a thing.. It's crazy..
