LIke you, I feel my pregnancy early on so the 9 months seem very long to me. Every trimester seems to bring a new set of troubles! The breathing might get easier when your baby drops later on.

Don't be scared, though. Just remember with these strong feelings you are experiencing, it means a new life is growing inside of you. How awesome is that?

Also realize that as the months go on you will not be so anxious or worried because you will adjust to being pregnant. At 22 weeks you are kind of in the middle and at a time when you are starting to "really feel pregnant" so it will take some getting used to.

Trust me....past 30 weeks you will be waking up, looking down at that lump down there and saying "hello, it's you again...time for another day."

You can do it!

I know how you feel! I always felt bloated and heavy from an early stage too. If you're feeling breathless get the doctor to check your haemoglobin as you may be aenemic. This makes you breathless and really tired. Hope you feel better soon and congratulations! I have 5 children by the way! Felt a bit like a beached whale towards the end! Hopefully if you area bit anaemic then some iron tablets will have you feeling much better.

i'm 22 weeks pregnant too and am scared of losing my baby, I have 1 child already that was born at 28.5 weeks - now 4, and looks like this baby might be an early bird too.

So I am focusing on getting to 30 weeks - which seems a lifetime away.

I am fed up of all the needing to wee constantly, the not being able to get comfortable, the clothes not fitting, and the back ache

Know what you mean... just getting out of bed is an exhausting exercise... i feel like a whale. I take it day after day and when i look back, i am like "Another week has passed already?!". For me, it helps to open the baby's chest and going through her little pink and white clothes. It makes me feel like it's all worth and that soon I will have her in my arms.
Be brave! Suddenly you'll see yourself in lsbour, another fun part!
