No, they don't. They don't need as much water as humans - they're kind of like desert animals. They get it from their food.

"Marine mammals can take in fresh water from their food such as fish. Seals and sea lions have been shown to be able to maintain water balance solely by the food intake of fish, without access to fresh water."

As for fish, ocean fish drink water through their gills and have specialized cells that move the sodium and chlorine out of their bodies. Some do not excrete water at all, in order to retain it better.

Drinking sea water is only a problem if you cannot get rid of the excess salt. Whale kidneys have evolved so they can remove excess salt and it is discharged in urine. Seabirds such as penguins, petrels and albatrosses excrete the excess salt from their noses.

Our kidneys cannot process sea water so we can't drink it and live.
A whales kidneys are adapted to process it or they would die.
