The pressure is usually controlled thru your expansion tank. There is a schrader valve located on the top of the expansion tank which when filled with more pressure, give you more water pressure. You must be careful though, filling the tank with too much pressure can cause breakage in your pipes if over pressureized. I believe that my pressure is set around 28# which is plenty.

What I did for my shower was to drill out the opening that the water flows through. This is the one inside the shower head, not the holes that are visible. Some trailers have pressure regulators on the outside so that the water pressure does not burst a line. Also you main valve may be calciumed up.

If water pressure is not present (40 to 60 pounds) it would be hard to increase any lines in the house without a pump. If you are on a well, you should be able to increase the pressure at the tank.

Go to a hardware store like Home Depot and ask for an increased pressure shower head. That helps a little if you can find the right one.

I removed the restrictor in the shower head, and get a good brisk stream and volume.
