Right-click the taskbar and make sure the "lock the taskbar" option is not checked. then, simply drag the taskbar to the bottom of the screen.

i think u moved your windows taskbar from it original place, so u need to just click on it and continue clicking will dragging the taskbar to bottom of the monitor and that is it.

Right click on the task bar and unselect [LOCK TASKBAR] option.
Drag the taskbar to the bottom of the screen.
That would do it.
