Because you are in joying the kiss... its kinda like when eat piece of candy and you close your eyes because it taste that good. or its another way of build a memories....you analyze how that person makes you feel at specific time.

My first guess is that it's a natural instinct to close your eyes when they get really close to something. Secondly, it helps block out distractions so you can get more 'into' it. It's better to kiss someone with your eyes closed than if you are staring at their ear hair or something.

If you don't close your eyes you'll go crosseyed from being too close.(that's attractive)
