Although I have huge admiration for Italians and their culture, however, I was expecting more analytical answers rather than emotional.

The richness and spirit of the Italian culture is inspiring and attractive to many. It is a feast to share an Italian meal, not just "a meal", as we normally would. Because of the richness of the food, it makes us feel comfortable and relaxed afterward. Sometimes the calories make us feel guilty, but we don't have to eat lasagna everyday! The flavors are so rich and powerful, without being too hot or bitter.
As for the culture in general, you can witness the high spirit in Italian music, art and clothing all around. We import many lines of fashion from Rome and Milan, we import cars, artwork and listen to Italian opera with a refined spirit. As for liquid "spirits", Italy exports more wine than any other country in the world, ...yes, even more than second place France.

These reasons don't make them better, since no country can be measured as "better" than another. These are just examples of how we can enjoy the many flavors, sights and sounds of Italy and its culture (wihtout having to fly there) and so they are more "visible" due to popular demand.

Ciao!

It's a combination of people liking the food and the fact that Italians tend to consider themselves a bit above other people, and that if other people do what they do, they might be a bit better (heard this a few times from some Italian-Americans.) They also tend to be very forceful, especially when it comes to their own culture---even at the expense of other cultures. After all, they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

There aren't as many Italian people in the US as you think--they're the fourth or fifth most common ethnic group, right below German, Irish and English.

we've not got any soda made with blueberry or raspberry or despite syrup, if we are after a comfortable drink, we prefere sparkling fruit juices. we don't overflow our dishes with tomato sauce, as a count number of certainty somewhat some Italian dishes do no longer incorporate tomatoes. we don't comprehend what fettuccini alfredo are, or spaghetti with meatballs, or garlic bread, or spaghetti bolognese, or any of those "usual Italian dishes" which may be stumbled on in straight forward terms exterior of our borders. We do use olive oil to gown our dishes through fact it provides a scrumptious style and because it relatively is far much less risky than butter or the different dressing junk (olive oil is the only dressing you're allowed if your ldl cholesterol point is in basic terms too extreme). just to make it sparkling as quickly as and for all, the Mediterranean weight loss software isn't pizza-pasta-pizza-pasta, that's sparkling greens and culmination (a minimum of 5 parts in line with day), pasta with a gentle vegetable dressing, grilled fish, veal meat or comparable, very small parts of pork, cheese, eggs and the different foodstuff that's in basic terms too extreme in saturated fat and hence undesirable to your well-being. the difficulty with individuals is they continually "overdo" our dishes. Tomato sauce is in basic terms straight forward sparkling tomatoes with slightly olive oil and slightly salt, and perchance a tiny little bit of unpolluted garlic in case you like it, yet it particularly is it. they think of that the extra spices or oil or butter or despite else they put in a dish, the tastier it gets, even even though it would not artwork that way. Pizza Margherita grow to be the 1st actual pizza ever made; the dough grow to be created from flour, yeast, salt and water, the topping grow to be sparkling tomato, sparkling mozzarella, sparkling basil and slightly oil. Now pizza has grow to be very known international huge, meaning it relatively is a scrumptious foodstuff and absolutely everyone likes it, so why, why contained in the international they're all attempting to show it into some thing distinctive? It would not make any experience, the actual element will continually be the suitable element you may consume. i'm no longer asserting that Chicago type deep pan pizza tastes undesirable, in straight forward terms, that's have been given no longer something to do with Italian pizza.
