I have had the crank and cam sensors changed but I get a intermintent miss the RPM's stay up but it effects the speedometer it drops 20 mph when this happens and goes back up. No codes are found. I have the big 6 cylinder in it. I'm at a loss also at an idle somtimes it will stall out Temperature is not a factor it does it if the engine is at operating temperature or cold I was thinking maybe the throttle sensor?

I would suspect IAC or MAF sensor. Then I woud check the TPS. Check the voltage for each to make sure that you have the appropriate resistance. If all of that checks out, the coil and or wires might be at fault.

Not sure if that vehicle has a Mass Air Flow Sensor, but if it does, I'd check it out. I've had many cars with that same type problem, and more times than not, it's the Air flow sensor.

Intermittent miss can be caused by plugs or wires.
