will the nvidia 7500le play all game out atm?

it says its up to 512mb (256mb dedicated)128-bit, my system also has a intel core 2 duo 1.80ghz, 250gb hdd, 2ghz RAM

It is not really a powerful card and more of a budget card. Just play at low resolution and low quality game settings. Or you could consider better cards like the 7600GT if you really want to enjoy gaming.
