well ..in rutgers they have what u call 7 or 8 years program which will lead you to ur career soon..I don't know anything about other university..search for it..

Students who want to go to Dental School usually take the same classes as students who want to go to Medical School. I can assure you that lots of Rutgers and Penn State students are taking those classes. Many of them major in biology or chemistry.
As for your question about other universities in NJ -- the answer is yes -- all of them offer pre-med (pre-dental) courses. Only Princeton is better than Rutgers, though.
