who should be the cricketers selected for the Bangladesh test and Odi squad and the Ireland Tour?

Should we go in for an all youth squad for both the tests and ODI's in Bangladesh Tour and the Ireland one also. My team for the test Squad is as follows
Jaffer, Ghambir, Dravid, Laxman, Yuvraj, Kaif, Karthick, Suresh Raina, Powar, Piyush chawala, Sreesanth, Munaf Patel, Ishant Sharma and Kumble.
For the Odis' I would go with Uthappa/Dinesh Karthick(opening), Pathan, Kaif, Dravid, Yuvraj, Manoj Tewari, Rohit Sharma, powar, Piyush Chawala, Munaf Patel, Ishant Sharma, Joginder Sharma, Balaji.

The selectors should not get unduly excited and take rash decisions,but what I feel is that they have to find a good pace bowler or get a good bowling coach to work on Irfan Pathan and Munaf Patel by making them more consistent so that they maintain a good line and length over after over. To do this they will have to work on their physical fitness and develop a good mental focus so that when they come in to bowl the batsman fears them and not the other way around.Powar must be included.Harbajan should be disciplined and not allowed to take it easily.He appears to have a attitude problem and has an air about him that makes him appear unplayable.The batting is o.k. but Tendulkar and Ganguly may be rested.Dhoni should be given a good bashing. Importantly they should play as a team and be more focussed displaying more physical fitness and confidence rather than being kinky and relaxed as they appeared during the world cup.They have been made to feel like stars and heroes.This attitude must be erased and they must behave like sportsmen.

I have answered a similar question today and would like to repeat it here for the benefit of new users, if any.

If there are ample supplies of young and talented players in India, and I am sure there are plenty of young talents over there, then there is no reason not to send 100% new-faces who were not included in the ICC Cricket World Cup-2007.

The rationales (fundamental reason, logical basis) behind my above proposition are as follows:

1. Let the young blood get the front-seat when the competitor-Bangladesh is not that of Pakistan or Sri Lanka caliber.

2. The Indian squad from ICC WC-2007 lost some 'face' after their bad defeat at the hands of novice Bangladeshi players (only three were veteran). So, why embarrass them again if they make a re-run of their last ICC-WC episode in May 2007 events?

3. These nearly same group of Indian players were 'barred' or discouraged to play against Bangladesh in the last year’s season by the BCCI, considering Bangladesh as not their cup of tea. So, it would be refreshing for Bangladesh side also to face new group of players who are not biased by their managers or controlling authorities against Bangladesh’s performance.

In any case, it would be wonderful experience and exposure of our Bangladeshi cricket team member when they would face their counterpart from India who apparently does not carry any baggage of malice towards our minnows!

To Team India: Have a nice trip and stay in Bangladesh and enjoy cricket!!
