PAY UP!!

2007-04-16 02:07:42 · answer #1 · answered by Grantius Maximus 3 · 1 0

Make the minimum repayment that the bailiff is asking for. If you can't do that then try to negotiate further with the lender, but you'll still incur bailiff costs.

If you really need the car (and the debt that goes with it) try to consolidate your debts somehow so that you can pay all debts off and just have the one, hopefully easier repayment . Given that a bailiff is now trying to get your vehicle you'll have to move quickly.

Consolidating your debts doesn't mean you get to run up more, but use it as a last chance to get yourself out of debt.

Good luck, hope you sort yourself out.

The only legal way is to pay what ever amount they are asking for. All other suggestions that have been made constitute fraud.

Well, you could either hide it somewhere or 'give' it to a friend of yours. Only, you'd have to become a named driver on their insurance.
