The story begins with the boys night out, everybody was drunk and I ended up taking up on a bet that I could survive on a deserted island for two weeks. That very night we sailed out, picked a random island and dropped me off. But as I am soon to find out the island is not deserted at all. Ok, I have lots and lots of ideas on how might this story develop but I need some interestnig suggestions. Please don't tell me to write about animal attacks and volcanos (etc...) Any actually interesting, inovating ideas?

How about a tribe run by women. You can take it to a variety of different angels from there. Either they are strictly man haters, they try and enslave you, you break free but now have to find shelter from the elements as well as from this clan who wants to find you.
Or maybe they think of you as a god and worship you, maybe wnat to sacrifice you, or maybe not, they just wnat to keep you as a "pet".
Ya, you could even make it a little dirty. or maybe you find another man who has been their awhile and resuce him.....
Or maybe yo end up taking a maiden with you....

There are people there, but when they see you they pretend you aren't there. So, you set up your tent to find out that one of the people is your best friend. You try to talk to him.... but it's like your invisible and he can't hear you.....
