Beauty OR Intelligence?
Definition of Intelligence:
Intelligence is a general mental capability that involves the ability to :
A - Reason
B - Plan
C - Solve problems
D - Think abstractly
E - Comprehend ideas and language
F - Learn.
In psychology, the study of intelligence is related to the study of personality. [Source - www.wordiq.com]
Now, beauty in this question is not defined. Is it - physical beauty or inner beauty (soul and heart) or beautiful personality which would be much deeper?
Physical beauty Vs Intelligence => Intelligence
Inner beauty Vs Intelligence => Inner beauty. Let me explain, most challenging decissions are those which involve not only intelligent and clever strategies but also wise and just outcomes. This can be achieved only by a person with a beautiful mind - a wise mind and a beautiful heart.
Beautiful Personality Vs Intelligence => Beautiful Personality. Personality encompasses everything.
Beautiful words Vs Intelligence => Beautiful words. One need not necesarily have to attend school and sharpen ones' intelligence to woo people and manipulate them ... Example? A few actors who most certainly are not handsome but know to deliver a line effectively!
Beauty - is a beautiful word. The word which arouses jealousy in many, hatred and possessiveness consumes those who do not know to appreciate and respect beauty. Foolish are they who worship and adore beauty. Petty and unwise are those who compare beauty and intelligence because God has blessed ALL with good measures of both. In truth they compliment each other because beauty without brains is vain and brains without beauty is bitter.
Trully blessed and beautiful are those who do understand that a thing of beauty is a joy forever; trully wise are they who 'know' a thing of beauty when they see it :-)
Shouldn't take a life time to figure out the importance of Beauty or Intelligence ;-)

Of course intelligence in life than beauty. Beauty is just superficial whereas intelligence remains with u forever. All intelligent people r not beautiful. As one grows older beauty fades away whereas intelligence is with u forever. though sometimes they get inter related but intelligence powers over beauty any time.

I know it is not true but I give beauty more importance in life...
Maybe because it generates a different type of confidence in you which I have not, So I think BEAUTY...

they rely on each other. beauty can be physical or intangible. intelligence can bring you your dreams, but without beauty it can leave you alone. the same goes for beauty without intelligence. inner peace and happiness with a significant other requires a good amount of both

can you ever imagine yourself living with a person who has no LOVE for you. i can live with a fool or an ugly looking person as long as he/she considers me as their world. neither beauty nor intelligence is important in life. it is your attitude towards it that matters. for each parent their child is the most beautiful or intelligent person in the world. hope you understand....
