In fact this guy is my friend, well I love him..but he always asks me to pay when we go to eat somewhere...I don't know why but I pay it for I love him. I don't know if he loves me though I told him that I love him.

He cannot do anything for you.....he is using you for a free meal, thats how we think...if we dont like you, use you for what we can get

Guys like to look for an easy target who's willing to do anything for them. This guy I'm sorry to say has found that in you. It doesn't help that you told him you love him and also that he hasn't told you the same back. I think and know you're being used. He's always asking you to pay what does he say when you say you're skint? Do you still hear from him? As he's just a 'friend' (he doesn't sound like one) you should never pay for him unless he's paid for you before.

The thing to do is to stop paying. It's rude and irresponsible for him not to pick up the tab or even offer the tip. If he's not working and trying, then that's different. He sounds irresponsible, and it's wasting your money and energy to continue 'building' feelings towards him and costing you. Cut him loose, stay friends with him, but go out and meet other people! =)

You are being used. Loving him doesn't mean you give and he takes. No matter how much you love him, if it's not a two-way street, stop going out with him. He will never love you if he doesn't respect you. He doesn't sound as if he's capable of love.

Hes using you and hes playing on your feelings towards him to get out of paying his way. In future you should tell him if he doesnt pay his way then not to bother coming out. Dont let him keep taking advantage of you

You don't have to pay anything for this guy, he sounds like a user. If he is really your friend then he has to treat you too sometimes and not always ask u to pay for him. It goes bothways.

If he didn't say he loves you, he doesn't love you. It sounds like he's using you for your money because he knows you'll pay. Stop paying for him (just use an excuse like "I can't afford it for both of us") and make him pay for himself. If he still hangs out with you, he's in it to be with you. If he doesn't, he's only in it for the money.

your friend is a scrounger, and will always ask you to pay as long as you continue letting him. I think it is time to let him start paying for meals, or at least his share! dont let him drink your wallet dry!
