Only if you jog backwards in Malaysia. Anywhere else on the planet, this effect does not happen. I think Malaysia has some kind of special natural chemical balance in the air that causes weight gain when people jog backwards.

yes that is true.
its similar to weight lifting. When you pick the weights up your muscles get bigger, when you put them down they get smaller again. Thats why I don't bother anymore.
