Most likely you have a processor heatsink fan (HSF) that speeds up when processor temp is high. At hi-speed, most small fans are noisy.
You could consider replacing your HSF with a better performing one. They are somewhat bigger and comes w/ a bigger but less noisy fan. They also make your processor run cooler all day long.

check if none of the fans are hitting a cable or something. Also sometimes the screws holding the fans get loose over time and then it starts moving irregularily hitting its own frame
Also check if any part of teh casing is loos and picks up the vibrations frome the fans
As a last resort you can get a noise reduction mat for your PC - ask in a good PC store for it

Change the fan is the safest way.open the fan using screw driver and put some drop of machine oil in it.
But if you are trying the first way i.e. buying new fan, then make sure the rating of the fan is same as the earlier one.

Learn english.
If your fan is making noise you might need to take a look at it and see why it's doing that . Or take it to a computer repair shop.
