You should let her dress you up just like a girl. Shave your legs, shave your whole body or wax your body, pluck or wax your eyebrows and get a french manicure & pedicure. Wear sexy black bra & panties, black fishnet pantyhose, a pink sleeveless top, a black leather mini-skirt, a pair of black fock me pumps with 5" heels. And get a nice pair of breast forms, like a D cup & a long blonde curly wig & lots of make-up. And if you don't look good in that outfit, just keep letting your girlfriend dress you up in her clothes until she finds an outfit you look good wearing.

Don't go for the flamboyant "Drag queen" look. Try to actually "pass" a nice dress keep the cleavage to a minimum, with some understated heels and not too heavy on the makeup. Think Angelina Jolie not Dolly Parton.

That should be left up to her... She gets to decide. It will probably be based upon what's available in her closet, or what will fit you.
Most likely the clothes will look better when they're not on you. You'll look like some kind of monster. Your shoulders will be too big for a girl's outfit. Your chest will be too big, your arms too big, your hips too small. You won't be able to cross your legs like a girl. Even with the prettiest outfit, you will still look like a man.
Sorry, but most men who cross dress and think they can pass for a female,,, simply don't.

She should put you in a very very short skirt, 5" heels, and a halter top. She should also do your make up and put a good quality wig on you, then take you out in public. Where in public would depend on how passable you are I guess. She should also give you a fem name for the event as well.
